In a distributed, high availability environment it is essential to monitor and control what is being done on end user devices. Promisec Spectator allows us to interrogate all machines on our domain and identify, for example, if any unauthorized thumb drives or iPods have been installed, and if required, disable them. We manage more than 5,000 systems and had investigated several client based solutions to monitor and control the environment.
