Product Pricing

There is no cost for the software identified herein to eligible customers. The first year of maintenance is included in the enterprise license. Therefore, eligible customers are only responsible to pay maintenance from the second year forward.

Maintenance is calculated as follows:

15% of a 37% discount from MSRP, or $3.96 per endpoint.

Customers are responsible to pay maintenance for year 2 starting 12 months after the date of the product install date.

Service Pricing

The average installation, configuration and training services associated with a Promisec deployment is between 4 hours and 2 days on average depending on the size of the organization. Promisec is providing installation, configuration and training services, on a first come first serve bases between January 2010 through March 31 2011.

If an eligible customer contacts Promisec, schedules and completes a deployment before the March 31, 2011, there is no service cost to the customer.

The Go DIRect Program allows customers to purchase items directly from a DIR-contracted vendor. Customers contact the vendor for product and pricing information and send their purchase orders (with the DIR contract number) and payments directly to the Go DIRect vendor, not to DIR. This streamlines the order process so customers receive their products/services more quickly.
