Pantelis A. “Pete” Georgiadis Chairman, Interim CEO
Pete Georgiadis is Promisec’s chairman of the board and interim chief executive officer. He is the founder and CEO of Synetro Group, a Chicago based private investment and strategic advisory firm. A serial entrepreneur, he has more than 20 years experience advising, building and operating distinctive business-to-business companies. Through Synetro he has been an active investor and contributor to the success of multiple web based technology and business services companies.
Prior to founding Synetro Group in 2000, Pete was the Chief Operating Officer of Lante Corporation where he led the strategic repositioning and operating transformation of the company from an established systems integrator into a high-growth internet consulting leader. He also prepared the company for a successful IPO. Earlier in his career, Pete was a consultant for 7 years with McKinsey & Company in London and the US and held several marketing and general management roles with Hewlett Packard and Orco, Ltd. in Europe and the Middle East & Africa.
Georgiadis holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sussex (UK), an M.Sc. in Computer Science from London’s Imperial College, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Hilik Kotler Managing Director, EVP Worldwide Business Development and Co-Founder
Hilik Kotler brings to Promisec an extremely wide range of information security, domain-specific networking and system and applications knowledge. Following his career in the military as manager of security and network infrastructure for an elite technology unit, Hilik worked as an information security consultant for a number of international organizations in finance, accounting, security, telecom, and hi-tech, as well as numerous governmental agencies.
Hilik’s intuitive understanding of market needs and rich experience in coping with the network security demands of such sensitive organizations as major banks has helped him develop a unique ability to recognize future technological needs and conceive products that will answer those needs.
Roni Suchowski CTO and Co-Founder
As Chief Technology Officer and co-founder at Promisec, Roni Suchowski brings to the company over 14 years of development and project management experience. Roni worked as a Product Development Manager for leading Israeli companies following an exceptional military career in the Israel Defense Forces where he established the Information Security Division of an elite technology unit. Along with Promisec’s co-founders, Roni identified a need for clientless solutions in the Internal Threat Management space and is responsible for the direction and expansion of Promisec’s clientless technology to new areas of need in the field.
Roni is a Mamram (the IDF’s elite computer unit) certified programmer.
Doron Offenbach COO and Co-Founder
Doron Offenbach has over 20 years of senior management experience in the IT market, in particular with financial enterprises and governmental agencies. Doron established and managed large IT divisions, mostly in the areas of data communications and information security, both in the local market and the international arena. His experience in management, consulting and technological infrastructures helps Promisec build a more comprehensive approach to its technology, channel partners, marketing, and sales.
Doron holds an MBA and various professional certifications, including CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) from ISACA.
Raz Orenbuch VP Worldwide Finance
With more then 5 years experience as a Finance Controller, Raz Orenbuch brings in-depth financial knowledge and skills to Promisec. Raz’s experience includes working with third parties such as clients, suppliers, lawyers, insurance agencies, accounting firms, banks, and other authorities.
Raz holds a degree in accounting and an MA in Law.
Tal Sarfaty VP Research and Development
Tal Sarfaty has over 14 years of development experience in IP Networking and Network Security Products & Applications. In addition to managing R&D development teams, Tal was also deeply involved with Product Management activities and Security Services with a large international customer presence.
Prior to Promisec, Tal was the General Manager and VP of R&D at SofaWare, a Check Point company, who developed market leading Unified Threat Management products. During his last role at SofaWare, Tal was responsible for the entrepreneurship, design and full implementation of a new and successful UTM product line.
Tal holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering & Computer Science (with Honors distinction) and an M.B.A. (with majors in Marketing & Finance), both from the University of Tel Aviv.
Marc Brungardt EVP Operations & Business Development, Americas
Marc Brungardt leads Promisec’s Operations & Business Development for the Americas and is a key contributor to the company’s overall strategy and direction. He is also responsible for the management of engineering resources, pre-sales and post sales support, oversight of our Channel Alliance program, and the development of strategic partnerships and marketing.
With an established and successful track record in sales, technology and operations, Marc brings more than a decade of senior executive leadership experience in information security and technology companies, including start-ups, in the private and public sector.
Prior to joining Promisec, Marc served as the EVP of Sales and Operations for the Americas at Integralis and EVP of Operations & Technology at Compex, where his tenures were consistently marked with double or triple digit annual revenue gains and profit achievement.
Marc holds a bachelors degree from the University of Kansas.
Amir Shemer, VP Sales for EMEA
Amir joined Promisec in 2008 to lead sales in Israel and Europe. He is a key contributor to the company’s overall strategy and sales. Amir brings more than 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in information security and technology companies. Amir previously served as the Sales Director of Strategic Accounts at CA Technology and was a member of CA European Technology Advisory Board. Prior to CA, Amir worked for M-Systems which was acquired by SanDisk.
Amir holds a bachelors degree in marketing and economics.
Shailendra Sahasrabudhe VP Sales for India and Southeast Asia
Shailendra Sahasrabudhe joined Promisec in early 2010 to lead the company’s sales initiatives in India and Southeast Asia. Shailendra brings over a decade of experience in management, sales and marketing in the Southeast Asia region. Prior to Promisec, he built and managed a team for sales, pre-sales, marketing, and support at Aladdin for the company’s Indian and regional operations. While at Aladdin, he managed relations with strategic customers and partners and worked with upper management on high value, strategic deals. Sahasrabudhe also worked as Country Manager for India at F5 Networks and Teledata Singapore.
Shailendra holds a Masters in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
