Promisec’s Partner Program offers three tiers of partnership and a distributor category, that are designed to fit the different types of solution provider. Partners are promoted through the tiers according to their commitment and investment in Promisec and in their ability to promote Promisec solutions to their customers. The program is tiered to recognize Solution Provider achievements in reaching sales targets, attending training sessions and customer satisfaction.

A Gold Partner
Gold partners are the highest level of partner, demonstrating a proven level of sales, technical, and support expertise, and provide added value in maximizing the benefit of Promisec solutions.
Gold partners distinguish themselves by:
- Providing solutions to end users in all market segments
- Demonstrate expertise in endpoint security solutions
- Consistently achieving sales targets
- Focusing on high end enterprise customers or high run-rate SMB customers
- Providing end users with proven consulting, integration, installation, training, and support skills

Silver Partner
A Silver partner is the intermediate level partner who can deploy and adapt Promisec solutions to all types of customer. Silver partners engage with end users in all market segments. - A Silver partner can provide end users with any combination of resell, integration, installation, training, and technical support.
- A Silver partners' main customer focus is medium business and enterprise
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of the endpoint security market.

A Bronze Partner
A Bronze partner is an entry-level partner that understands the endpoint security market and is able to offer solutions to small and medium sized businesses. - A Bronze partner is capable of providing customers with Promisec solutions and deployment consultation and training.
- Bronze partners understand the difference between endpoint security solutions.
Distributor
As part of Promisec’s strategy, distributors will only be appointed in remote regions where a local office is not planned for the immediate future. In established countries, Promisec will work directly with resellers and provide all of the services, normally provided by the distributor, directly to the solution provider. A Distributor has a direct business relationship with Promisec and acts as reseller to solution providers. Distributor partners also provide assistance to recruiting further solution providers in their region growing the Promisec Partner Program. A Distributor partner demonstrates a high level of expertise in Promisec’s products and services and offers a broad range of value-added sales, marketing, and technical support directly to resellers.
