Adobe Flash and PDF Critical Security Vulnerability: Promisec Offers Free Network Inspection to Identify 100% of At Risk Endpoints

In response to Adobe’s critical security vulnerability APSA10-01 for Adobe Flash, Reader, and Acrobat, Promisec is offering a free 40-minute audit using the Promisec Spectator agentless endpoint inspection tools. The audit will identify all computers running a vulnerable version of Adobe software in the organization’s network.
Adobe warned that the vulnerability can cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take over an affected system. The warning mentioned reports that the vulnerability is being actively exploited. Adobe provided steps to remediate the error on affected computers. The free inspection from Promisec will serve organizations to quickly identify those computers which require remediation.
