Unmanaged Client Software Compromises Endpoint Security, Warns Promisec

The market growth and increased reliance on security agents recently reported by Infonetics (“Security client software market up in a down year”) raises a red flag for organizations, warns clientless endpoint management software vendor, Promisec. The company cited its own study of approximately 100,000 endpoints over 25 organizations, showing that organizations suffer from 10% to 30% of security breaches or non-compliance on endpoints in the networks.
